With all due respect to Rep. Dan Newhouse, with this message I want to speak to whomever on Mr. Newhouse's staff does the good work of reviewing constituent input. Your principal is nearing the end of his career and, I'm sure, has secured a comfortable retirement for his years of service. But you may just be in the early years of yours. With the Gigantic Malicious Bill that has advanced from the House Budget Committee, I wonder how you yourself will feel in your heart when you come to the realization that you have been a part of an effort to add to the hardships of folks who are less-advantaged. You can see in the news every day recently how lawless, corrupt, and intellectually-diminished leadership is damaging the current economy, attacking hard-working and socially-contributing prospective citizens, and loading your children and grandchildren with a destructive level of national debt. The only people who will benefit from this bill are the people who have amassed fortunes and sufficient power to bend the will of Congress from serving constituents to instead further line pockets that already heavy with gold. I intend to make sure that the working people of the 4th district never forget the harm visited upon them by the votes of your employer and how you did not speak the truth to him sufficiently forcefully to dissuade him from doing this destructive thing. Just look into your heart and think about it.
